Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional engineering team, the full-time Engineering Manager will guide technical execution, support AI-enabled product experiences, and foster a high-performing culture in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the team's technical outcomes, ensuring effective discussions, risk management, and adherence to standards
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team by providing feedback, coaching, and fostering a culture of autonomy and accountability
• Collaborate with Product and Design to translate goals into engineering plans and manage cross-team dependencies for successful delivery

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in senior or staff engineering roles, with at least 1 year in a management position
• Proven experience delivering production SaaS products and leading engineering teams
• Strong technical background with the ability to guide architectural decisions across frontend and backend systems
• Experience in integrating data-driven or AI-enabled features into product experiences
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and make pragmatic decisions
