Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support the scaling of development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate with product teams on enhancements, and guide best practices while fostering an inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across backend and frontend platforms, ensuring effective collaboration and performance
• Work closely with product teams to prioritize and plan product enhancements that deliver value to fans and enterprise customers
• Provide career development support and regular feedback to team members, while actively participating in the recruiting process

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of experience in engineering roles focused on coding
• Strong foundation in technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with consumer and enterprise products, particularly those involving mobile, web, and backend systems
• Ability to facilitate collaboration among cross-functional partners in product, design, and engineering
