Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a small group of engineering teams, the part-time Engineering Manager will focus on people leadership, execution, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the successful delivery of engineering projects in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Directly manage a small team of engineers, overseeing hiring, performance management, and team structure
• Translate product and engineering strategy into actionable plans, ensuring timely delivery and quality of commitments
• Provide technical guidance and foster a healthy, inclusive team environment while managing day-to-day execution risks

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience leading complex, multi-system initiatives
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• Demonstrated success as a senior individual contributor or technical lead
• Experience directly leading engineers, formally or informally
• Strong foundation in people leadership skills, including coaching and performance management
