Job Summary

Leading a team within the Trading Platform, the full-time Engineering Manager will oversee the reliability and performance of real-time systems, manage team operations, and collaborate with cross-functional partners in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set direction and standards for the team, including hiring and operational planning
• Conduct 1:1s and performance reviews, fostering a culture of growth and psychological safety
• Ensure the availability and resilience of systems while driving delivery cadence and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including production systems and operations
• 2+ years of engineering management experience with a focus on team development and delivery
• Experience in delivering complex technical work while balancing reliability and feature delivery
• Technical credibility in backend and distributed systems, particularly high-availability and real-time services
• Hands-on experience with .NET/C#, AWS, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
