Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a small but growing team of engineers, the full-time remote Engineering Manager will oversee the development of scalable clinical and patient-facing systems while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineers to deliver business-critical systems, establishing clear goals aligned with product priorities
• Guide architectural decisions and ensure systems are reliable, scalable, secure, and maintainable
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate evolving business and clinical requirements into engineering plans

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing engineering teams
• Prior experience as a senior or staff-level engineer
• Proven track record in delivering complex production systems
• Hands-on fluency with AI-native software development tools
• Experience in healthcare or regulated domains is a strong plus
