Job Summary

Empowering engineering teams, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage cross-functional engineers, collaborate with Product on enhancements, and drive operational best practices in a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across backend and frontend platforms, focusing on product development and enhancements
• Guide the team in improving operational practices and provide career development support through regular feedback and one-on-ones
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to communicate technical decisions and resolve issues effectively

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
• Strong foundation of technical excellence and product-minded engineering experience
• Knowledge of technology industry standards for tooling and framework decisions
• Experience in both consumer and enterprise products, preferably in sports technology
