Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Creative Systems team, the full-time remote Engineering Manager will oversee the development and delivery of platforms for digital asset management, marketing automation, and content management, while fostering team growth and collaboration across various departments.

Key responsibilities

• Own team growth, performance, and engagement while managing delivery and operational cadence
• Collaborate with Product and Creative leadership to maintain a balanced roadmap for new capabilities and platform health
• Provide hands-on technical contributions, including code reviews and debugging, while ensuring reliable system integrations

Required qualifications

• 3-7 years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role; Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
• Proven track record in developing engineers and building strong team cultures
• Experience with platform, integration, or content/CMS teams, particularly with tools like DAM and marketing automation
• Strong technical skills in C#/.NET, Node.js, Python, and React, with a willingness to remain hands-on
• Familiarity with AI tools and an understanding of how AI impacts creative production processes
