Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Empowering engineering teams, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional group of engineers, collaborate closely with Product to enhance offerings for fans and enterprise customers, and improve operational practices in a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across multiple platforms, fostering a dynamic and inclusive environment
• Collaborate with Product to design and prioritize product enhancements that deliver value to users
• Conduct performance feedback sessions and support career development for team members

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
• Strong foundation in technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with consumer and enterprise products, particularly in sports technology preferred
• Ability to facilitate collaboration among cross-functional partners in product, design, and leadership
