Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing development operation, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a team of cross-functional engineers, collaborate with Product for enhancements, and foster a dynamic environment while working remotely or onsite in New York City.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across multiple platforms and ensure operational best practices
• Collaborate with Product to design and develop product enhancements for fans and enterprise customers
• Guide career development through regular feedback and participation in the recruiting process

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on writing code
• Strong understanding of technology to support tooling and framework decisions
• Experience with both consumer and enterprise products, especially in sports technology
• Ability to facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams in product, design, and engineering
