Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support the scaling of development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate with product teams on enhancements, and drive best practices in a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across backend and frontend platforms while fostering an inclusive and empowering environment
• Collaborate with Product to design and prioritize product enhancements that benefit both fans and enterprise customers
• Guide the team in improving operational practices and conduct regular performance feedback sessions

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
• Strong foundation in technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with both consumer and enterprise products, particularly in fan and rightsholder experiences
• Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration among product, design, and engineering teams
