Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support the scaling of development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate with Product on enhancements, and foster a dynamic work environment while working remotely or in-office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across multiple platforms and provide regular performance feedback
• Collaborate with Product to design and prioritize product enhancements for fans and enterprise customers
• Guide the team in improving operational and engineering best practices while participating in the recruiting process

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
• Strong foundation of technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
• Product-minded engineering experience with consumer and enterprise products
• Experience in the sports technology industry is preferred, but not required
