Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support the scaling of development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a team of cross-functional engineers, collaborate with Product on enhancements, and foster a dynamic environment for career growth, with the flexibility to work remotely or in-office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across backend and frontend platforms, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity
• Work closely with Product to prioritize and plan product enhancements that deliver value to fans and enterprise customers
• Guide the team in improving operational practices and provide regular performance feedback and career development support

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience focused on writing code
• Strong understanding of technology industry best practices and tooling decisions
• Experience with product-minded engineering across consumer and enterprise products
• Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration between product, design, engineering, and leadership teams
