Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support the scaling of development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate with Product on enhancements, and foster an inclusive environment while working remotely or in-office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across multiple platforms and provide career development support
• Collaborate with Product to design and prioritize product enhancements for fans and enterprise customers
• Guide the team in improving operational and engineering best practices and perform code reviews

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of experience in an engineering role focused on writing code
• Strong technical foundation and understanding of the technology industry
• Experience with both consumer and enterprise products
• Familiarity with product-minded engineering, especially across mobile, web, and backend systems
