Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support the scaling of development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate with Product on enhancements, and foster a dynamic environment for career growth while working remotely or in-office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across backend and frontend platforms, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity
• Work closely with Product to design and develop product enhancements, prioritizing and planning development cycles
• Provide performance feedback, conduct one-on-ones, and support career development for team members

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of experience in a coding role with a strong technical foundation
• Experience with both consumer and enterprise products, particularly in sports technology
• Ability to facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams including product, design, and engineering
• Knowledge of various programming languages and technologies relevant to the role
