Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing development operation, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate with Product on enhancements, and guide best practices while fostering an inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of cross-functional engineers across multiple platforms
• Collaborate with Product to design and prioritize product enhancements for fans and enterprise customers
• Provide career development support and performance feedback to direct reports

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading motivated teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
• Strong foundation of technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with both consumer and enterprise products
• Familiarity with product-minded engineering, especially across mobile, web, and backend systems
