Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Empowering a team of cross-functional engineers, the full-time Engineering Manager will oversee product enhancements and operational best practices while fostering a dynamic work environment, with the flexibility to work remotely or in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and guide a team of engineers across multiple platforms, focusing on product development and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with Product teams to prioritize and plan product enhancements that deliver value to fans and enterprise customers
• Provide career development support and performance feedback to team members while actively participating in the recruiting process

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on coding
• Strong foundation in technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with consumer and enterprise products, particularly in mobile, web, and backend systems
• Familiarity with the sports technology industry is preferred but not required
