Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To scale up development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a team of cross-functional engineers, collaborate with Product to enhance product offerings, and foster a dynamic environment for career growth, while working remotely or in-office in the eastern time zone.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across backend and frontend platforms, ensuring productivity and motivation
• Collaborate with Product to design and prioritize product enhancements for fans and enterprise customers
• Guide the team in improving operational and engineering best practices and conduct regular performance feedback sessions

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on writing code
• Strong foundation in technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with both consumer and enterprise products, particularly in sports technology preferred
• Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration among product, design, engineering, and leadership teams
