Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support the scaling of development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate with product teams on enhancements, and foster an inclusive environment while working remotely or in-office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of cross-functional engineers, guiding them in operational and engineering best practices
• Collaborate with Product to design and develop product enhancements, prioritizing planning cycles
• Provide performance feedback and career development support to direct reports while participating in the recruiting process

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of experience in engineering roles focused on coding
• Strong foundation of technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with product-minded engineering, particularly in consumer and enterprise products
• Familiarity with the sports technology industry is preferred but not required
