Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Engineering Manager, this fully remote position will manage day-to-day development operations across multiple teams, ensuring smooth execution and technical excellence while facilitating cross-team collaboration and supporting individual growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the day-to-day operations of multiple engineering teams, ensuring consistent processes and efficient delivery cycles
• Lead quarterly planning processes to align engineering efforts with business objectives and facilitate sprint planning across teams
• Build and mentor high-performing teams through thoughtful hiring and career development while fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years in software engineering with 2+ years in engineering management, preferably managing multiple teams
• Strong technical background with the ability to engage in architectural discussions and review technical proposals
• Proven track record of establishing and improving development processes and managing delivery across teams
• Demonstrated success in building and developing teams, with strong coaching and mentoring skills
• Excellent at distilling complex technical topics for diverse audiences and facilitating productive discussions across teams
