Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional engineering team, the full-time salaried Engineering Manager will guide technical execution, foster team growth, and ensure the delivery of robust product functionality in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the team's technical outcomes by guiding architectural decisions and ensuring adherence to performance and quality standards
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, providing regular feedback and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
• Partner with Product and Design teams to translate product goals into actionable engineering plans and manage cross-functional delivery outcomes

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in senior or staff engineering roles, with at least 1 year in a management position
• Proven experience leading engineering teams responsible for delivering production SaaS products
• Strong technical background with the ability to guide architectural decisions across frontend and backend systems
• Experience working closely with Product and Design to define and deliver user-facing features
• Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and retain high-performing engineers
