Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional engineering team, the full-time Engineering Manager will oversee the delivery of end-to-end product functionality, guide technical decision-making, and foster team growth in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the team's technical outcomes by facilitating discussions, managing risks, and ensuring standards are upheld
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, providing feedback and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Collaborate with Product and Design to translate goals into engineering plans while managing dependencies and delivery outcomes

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in senior or staff engineering roles, with at least 1 year in a management position
• Experience leading engineering teams responsible for delivering production SaaS products
• Strong technical background for guiding architectural decisions across frontend and backend systems
• Proven ability to drive execution and deliver outcomes in a cross-functional product environment
• Experience integrating data-driven or AI-enabled features into product experiences
