Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support the scaling of development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a team of cross-functional engineers, collaborate with product teams to enhance product offerings, and guide the team in improving engineering best practices, all within a flexible remote or hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across backend and frontend platforms, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity
• Work closely with Product to design and prioritize product enhancements for both fans and enterprise customers
• Provide career development support and regular performance feedback to team members while fostering an inclusive environment

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of experience in engineering roles focused on writing code
• Strong foundation in technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with product-minded engineering, particularly in consumer and enterprise products
• Familiarity with sports technology is preferred but not required
