Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers, the remote Engineering Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of custom continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) study builds, managing project execution, staffing, and quality from requirements definition through study release.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of CGM study builds, managing schedules, technical execution, and quality assurance
• Develop and maintain comprehensive delivery plans outlining scope, milestones, and resource needs
• Provide technical leadership across mobile, backend, and data engineering efforts while managing cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, technical delivery, or engineering management
• Strong technical foundation in modern software systems, including mobile and backend services
• Proven experience in delivering complex software projects with fixed timelines and customer commitments
• Prior people management experience leading engineers or cross-functional technical teams preferred
