Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional engineering team, the full-time Engineering Manager will oversee the delivery of end-to-end product functionality while ensuring strong technical decision-making and team growth in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the team's technical outcomes, guiding architectural decisions and ensuring systems are scalable and maintainable
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, providing feedback and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability
• Partner with Product and Design to translate goals into engineering plans and manage cross-functional delivery outcomes

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in senior or staff engineering roles, with at least 1 year in a management position
• Experience leading teams delivering production SaaS products and guiding architectural decisions across frontend and backend systems
• Proven ability to drive execution in a cross-functional product environment
• Experience building or operating complex, customer-facing web applications
• Familiarity with integrating data-driven or AI-enabled features into product experiences
