Key responsibilities
- Manage a team of Backend, Frontend, and applied AI engineers to optimize support workflows
- Own the technical vision for core support tools and integrations, ensuring operational excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define a compelling vision that aligns with business goals
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
- 2+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
- Proven track record in delivering high-stakes customer experiences through industry-leading UX
- Experience with customer support experience software in a marketplace product organization is preferred
- Familiarity with AI agent optimization and tools to enhance customer service efficiency
