Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a talented team of engineers in a remote capacity, the full-time Engineering Manager will enhance product development through technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring while driving architectural decisions and operational practices.

Key responsibilities:

• Conducting weekly 1:1 meetings to mentor engineers and remove blockers
• Reviewing code and design documents to ensure quality and maintainability
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical efforts with business outcomes

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with production products
• 5+ years of engineering management experience in a startup or distributed environment
• Proficiency in reading, reviewing, and writing code in the team's technology stack
• Experience with AI-assisted engineering tools while maintaining code quality
• Fluency in English
