Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading two squads focused on property operations and guest experience, the full-time remote Engineering Manager will manage engineers, oversee project delivery, and shape technical direction while partnering closely with Product and Design.

Key responsibilities

• Manage engineers through regular 1:1s, coaching, and career development while owning hiring and performance
• Partner with Product and Design to translate the roadmap into executable plans, ensuring timely and well-tested releases
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to guide technical direction and maintain high engineering quality standards

Required qualifications

• Several years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in a management role
• Proven track record in leading delivery within product engineering
• Solid technical foundation with experience in architecture, design, and code
• Familiarity with agile delivery models and collaboration with Product and Design teams
• Experience with React, Python, and AWS best practices
