Job Summary
Leading a team of engineers in a full-time salaried position, the Engineering Manager will own the technical vision for support tools, enhance fan experiences through innovative solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize support workflows in a flexible remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of Backend, Frontend, and AI engineers to drive the development of support tools
- Own the technical vision and rapidly iterate on tools to improve fan support experiences
- Collaborate with product and technical counterparts to align team goals with organizational objectives
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
- 2+ years of experience managing engineering teams
- Proven track record in delivering exceptional user experiences in customer support software
- Experience with AI optimization tools and workflows for customer service agents
- Strong understanding of technology industry trends and customer support tools
