Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product and technical counterparts to align team goals with organizational objectives
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
  • 2+ years of experience managing engineering teams
  • Proven track record in delivering exceptional user experiences in customer support software
  • Experience with AI optimization tools and workflows for customer service agents
  • Strong understanding of technology industry trends and customer support tools
