Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a high-seniority engineering team, the full-time remote Engineering Manager will oversee the Catalog engineering team, drive feature delivery across a full-stack codebase, and model AI-native development practices while actively contributing to production code.

Key responsibilities:

• Own sprint planning, delivery commitments, and retrospectives for the Catalog team
• Write, review, and ship full-stack production code weekly using AI-assisted tooling
• Hire and onboard engineers while ensuring high standards in AI-native practices during interviews

Required qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with AI-driven SDLC and shipping production code using AI-assisted development tools
• Strong background in full-stack development with proficiency in C#/.NET, Go, Python, or Java
• Proven track record of owning delivery commitments from scoping to shipping
• Experience in hiring, onboarding, and developing engineering talent
• Minimum 7-10 years of software engineering experience, including at least two years in a leadership role
