Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional engineering team, the full-time Engineering Manager will be responsible for delivering end-to-end product functionality, guiding technical execution, and fostering a high-performing team in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the team's technical outcomes by guiding architectural decisions and ensuring system scalability and reliability
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, providing feedback and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
• Partner with Product and Design teams to translate product goals into clear engineering plans and manage cross-functional delivery outcomes

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in senior or staff engineering roles
• 1+ year in a management position leading engineering teams delivering production SaaS products
• Strong technical background with experience in guiding architectural decisions across frontend and backend systems
• Proven ability to drive execution and deliver outcomes in a cross-functional product environment
• Experience integrating AI-driven features into product experiences and familiarity with modern frontend architectures
