Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support the growth of its development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate with Product on enhancements, and foster an empowering environment while guiding best practices in a remote or flexible work setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across multiple platforms, focusing on both backend and frontend development
• Collaborate with Product to design and prioritize product enhancements for fans and enterprise customers
• Provide career development support and performance feedback to team members, while actively participating in the recruiting process

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience with a strong focus on coding
• Product-minded engineering experience, particularly with consumer and enterprise products
• Knowledge of technology industry best practices for tooling and frameworks
• Experience in the sports technology industry is preferred but not required
