Key responsibilities
- Manage a team of Backend, Frontend, and AI engineers to optimize support tools and workflows
- Own the technical vision for support tools and integrations, ensuring high standards of operational excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and communicate the roadmap, while actively participating in the recruitment process
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
- 2+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
- Proven track record in delivering impactful customer support software in a marketplace environment
- Experience in fostering collaborative and inclusive team environments
- Familiarity with AI-driven customer support tools and workflows
