Job Summary
Leading a team of engineers, the full-time salaried Engineering Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development of innovative support tools and enhancing fan support experiences in a flexible work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a team of Backend, Frontend, and AI engineers to develop and optimize support tools
- Own the technical vision for SeatGeek's core support tools and integrations, ensuring high operational standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the support experience with organizational goals and drive effective workflows
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of engineering experience focused on coding, with at least 2 years in a management role
- Proven track record of leading teams to deliver exceptional customer support experiences
- Experience in building and managing productive, motivated engineering teams
- Familiarity with AI agent optimization and customer support tools
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
