Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To scale up development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate with Product on enhancements, and foster an inclusive environment while working remotely or in-office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of backend and frontend engineers across multiple platforms
• Collaborate with Product to design and prioritize product enhancements for fans and enterprise customers
• Guide the team in improving operational and engineering best practices while providing career development support

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience focused on coding
• Strong foundation of technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with consumer and enterprise products, particularly in sports technology
• Ability to facilitate collaboration between cross-functional partners in product, design, and engineering
