Leading a team of engineers, the full-time Engineering Manager will oversee the development of SeatGeek's core support tools, enhancing fan support experiences through AI and automation while working in a flexible remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a team of Backend, Frontend, and applied AI engineers to optimize support workflows
- Own the technical vision for support tools and integrations, ensuring high operational excellence
- Collaborate with Technical and Product teams to align the support experience with organizational goals
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
- 2+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
- Proven track record in delivering exceptional user experiences in customer support software
- Experience with AI agent optimization and custom support tools
- Strong understanding of technology industry trends and customer support workflows
