Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To scale up development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate with product teams on enhancements, and improve engineering best practices, all while fostering an inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across multiple platforms, providing technical and design feedback
• Collaborate with Product to prioritize and plan product enhancements for fans and enterprise customers
• Support team development through performance feedback, career growth opportunities, and active involvement in recruiting efforts

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience focused on writing code
• Strong foundation in technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with both consumer and enterprise products, especially in sports technology
• Ability to facilitate collaboration among cross-functional partners in product, design, and engineering
