Job Summary
Leading a team of engineers, the full-time Engineering Manager will oversee the development of innovative support tools and enhance fan experiences through AI and automation while working in a flexible remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a team of Backend, Frontend, and AI engineers to deliver high-quality support tools
- Own the technical vision for SeatGeek's core support tools and integrations, ensuring operational excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the support experience with organizational goals and drive continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of engineering experience, primarily focused on coding
- 2+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
- Proven ability to enhance customer support experiences in a marketplace product organization
- Experience with AI agent optimization and custom tools for support efficiency
- Familiarity with technologies such as Python, Go, and AWS, among others
