Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a dedicated team of engineers, the full-time remote Engineering Manager will guide technical decisions, mentor team members, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality software products.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, overseeing their output, technical decisions, and career development
• Act as a technical voice in architectural decisions and manage team execution from planning to delivery
• Continuously measure team performance against KPIs and drive improvements in delivery health and quality

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience leading engineering teams in SaaS software companies
• Working knowledge of at least one technology stack component: Elixir, React, React Native, or AWS
• Hands-on experience with Agile or Kanban/Lean methodologies and improving team velocity and quality
• Experience managing projects end-to-end in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities
• Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
