Required qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience with a strong coding background
• 2+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer support experiences
• Experience with AI agent optimization and support tools in a marketplace environment
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
