Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support the scaling of development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a team of cross-functional engineers, collaborate with Product on enhancements, and guide best practices in a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across multiple platforms and ensure effective collaboration with Product for product enhancements
• Provide performance feedback and career development support to team members while fostering an inclusive and empowering work environment
• Conduct code reviews and communicate technical decisions to resolve issues and collaborate with other leaders in the organization

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on writing code
• Strong technical foundation and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with consumer and enterprise products, particularly in sports technology
• Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration among product, design, and engineering teams
