Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support the growth of engineering operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate with product teams on enhancements, and drive best practices while fostering an inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across multiple platforms, focusing on both backend and frontend development
• Collaborate closely with product teams to design and prioritize product enhancements for fans and enterprise customers
• Provide regular feedback, conduct one-on-ones, and support career development for team members

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
• Strong technical foundation to guide the team in making effective tooling and framework decisions
• Experience with consumer and enterprise products, particularly in sports technology
• Ability to facilitate collaboration among cross-functional partners in product, design, and engineering
