Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing development operation, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a team of cross-functional engineers, collaborate with Product on enhancements, and guide the team in improving operational practices while fostering an inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across multiple platforms, ensuring effective collaboration and performance
• Work closely with Product to design and prioritize product enhancements for both fans and enterprise customers
• Provide career development support and regular feedback to team members, while actively participating in the recruiting process

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience focused on writing code
• Strong foundation in technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with product-minded engineering, especially across mobile, web, and backend systems
• Preference for candidates located in the eastern time zone, particularly in the New York City area
