Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers, the full-time Engineering Manager will own the technical vision for support tools and drive the development of innovative solutions to enhance fan experiences in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of Backend, Frontend, and AI engineers to optimize support workflows
• Oversee the development and iteration of support tools, ensuring high operational excellence
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical vision with organizational goals

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience, primarily focused on coding
• 2+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• Proven track record in delivering high-stakes customer experiences through software
• Experience with customer support tools and workflows in a marketplace product organization
• Strong understanding of technology stack including Python, AWS, and AI tooling
