Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To scale up development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate closely with Product on enhancements, and guide best practices in a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of cross-functional engineers and oversee product development cycles
• Provide performance feedback, career development support, and foster an inclusive team environment
• Conduct code reviews and communicate technical decisions across the organization

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience focused on writing code
• Strong foundation of technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with both consumer and enterprise products
• Familiarity with product-minded engineering, especially across mobile, web, and backend systems
