Required qualifications
- 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
- 2+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
- Proven track record in delivering industry-leading customer experiences
- Experience with customer support experience software in a marketplace environment is preferred
- Strong understanding of technology industry tools and workflows related to customer support
