Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support the growth of development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a team of cross-functional engineers, collaborate with product teams on enhancements, and improve engineering practices in a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across multiple platforms, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity
• Work closely with Product to prioritize and plan product enhancements for fans and enterprise customers
• Provide career development support and performance feedback to team members, fostering an inclusive environment

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading motivated teams
• 5+ years of experience in engineering roles focused on coding
• Strong technical foundation and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with product-minded engineering, especially across mobile, web, and backend systems
• Familiarity with consumer and enterprise products, preferably in the sports technology industry
