Job Summary
Leading a team of engineers, the full-time salaried Engineering Manager will oversee the development of innovative support tools and enhance fan experiences by managing technical vision, performing code reviews, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a flexible work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a team of Backend, Frontend, and AI engineers to develop and optimize support tools
- Own the technical vision for support tools and integrations, ensuring high operational standards
- Provide career development support and regular performance feedback to team members
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of engineering experience, primarily focused on coding
- 2+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading motivated teams
- Proven track record in delivering high-stakes customer experiences through effective UX
- Experience with customer support experience software in a marketplace organization is preferred
- Familiarity with technologies such as Python, AWS, and customer support tools
