Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support the scaling of development operations, the full-time salaried Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate with Product on enhancements, and foster an inclusive environment while guiding best practices and career development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of cross-functional engineers across backend and frontend platforms
• Collaborate with Product to design and prioritize product enhancements for fans and enterprise customers
• Guide the team in improving operational and engineering best practices while providing regular performance feedback

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience focused on writing code
• Strong foundation of technical excellence and industry knowledge to guide tooling and framework decisions
• Experience with product-minded engineering, particularly in consumer and enterprise products
• Ability to facilitate collaboration across product, design, engineering, and leadership teams
