Key responsibilities
- Manage a team of Backend, Frontend, and applied AI engineers to optimize support tools and workflows
- Own the technical vision for SeatGeek's core support tools and ensure high operational excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the team's direction with organizational goals and drive product initiatives
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
- 2+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional user experiences in customer support software
- Experience with AI agent optimization and building tools for customer service efficiency
- Strong understanding of technology industry trends and customer support workflows
