Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To scale up development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a team of cross-functional engineers, collaborate with Product on enhancements, and improve engineering practices while fostering an inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across multiple platforms, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity
• Work closely with Product to prioritize and plan product enhancements that deliver value to fans and enterprise customers
• Provide career development support and regular feedback to team members, while actively participating in the recruiting process

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience focused on writing code
• Strong technical foundation and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with product-minded engineering, particularly across mobile, web, and backend systems
• Understanding of consumer and enterprise products, with a preference for experience in sports technology
